The Health Sciences Library will host the second session of the two-part series in scholarly publishing: How to Get Published, on Monday, April 19th at 4:00 pm EST. David Parsons, an Elsevier Publisher, will cover topics for authors who want to understand what journal editors are looking for, as well as navigating peer review and sharing your work. Topics will include how to respond to referee and reviewer comments – the art of polite rebuttal, publishing in open access journals, and getting your research noticed. This workshop is open to all New York Medical College students, faculty, residents, and staff. Registration is required; both sessions of this series will be recorded for registrants. Register here.
